Software Troubleshooting

Service Description:

The IT Service Desk will assist with software issues, from installation issues to software crashing during use.  Software packages must be university-owned and supported, or approved through the IT Service Desk.  In order to assist, software must be installed on university-owned machines.  Standard operation and usage of software (creation of Excel spreadsheets, Word templates, Acrobat Forms) are the responsibility of the user or department.

Eligibility: 

All CFAES units.

What is Included: 

Diagnosis, troubleshooting, consultation with vendor or university entity upon issues with software installation or crashing.
