Service Description:

Troubleshooting and repair of OSU owned IT assets.

Eligibility: 

All CFAES units.

What is Included: 

Troubleshooting of broken OSU owned IT assets including desktops, laptops, tablets, mobile devices, and printers.

We will assess if we can fix it on site.  If we cannot fix it on site, we will discuss options and resources required to repair it.

Cost:

None for initial diagnostic. Repair or replacement may have a cost.
