Service Description:

The IT Service Desk provides deployment of computers, whether new or just moving to a new location or user.

Eligibility: 

Faculty, staff and students who have OSU owned hardware.

What is Included: 

Account creation (if necessary) & initial setup of computer & software. Installation of computer.

Cost:

None (consultation is free; hardware varies)
